Return Policy - 

If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly refund your money (less shipping fees) to your original method of payment. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of order. However, to qualify for a refund, all return item(s) must meet the following criteria: Original tags must be attached, Item(s) must be unworn; Free of hair (human and pet), perfume and cigarette odors, No deodorant marks or dirt, And accompany original packaging.

Exchange Policy - 

If you need to exchange your item for a size up/down, please go online and place a new order for your  size. Return your old size to us within 14 days and we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving your items(s).

Last Cast Items (final sale items) are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange.
